What a blessing!
It gives me chills and makes me cry to think that 2 weeks ago today this family got a call telling them that they had been chosen to be the adoptive parents of this beautiful baby boy. What moves me to tears even more is the story behind this sweet blessing. It’s another reminder of how God uses tragedy to turn something into good. Sherry and Matt, I know you’ve waited a LONG time for this and I am THRILLED for you!!! What a blessing it is to know you and your sweet family!! Congratulations!!!!

Beautiful family!
For 3 years we were blessed to have Adam’s brother and family living just a few miles from our house. But just a week ago they moved to Peoria, IL and these pictures were taken 2 nights before they left. I can’t help but feel a little sad looking at the pics…thinking of the memories we made with our little ones and how we will miss having them so close. Aaron, Jacquie and Sophie, we love you guys SO MUCH and will miss you guys more than you know. The pictures are beautiful and I hope you love them as much as I do!

Meet Elyse
At just 4 weeks old Miss Elyse is a little camera shy!! She wasn’t up for all the picture taking and just wanted her mommy to hold her!! We did end up with some great ones and I especially LOVE the outdoor photo. The background is just stunning and it happens to be the empty lot next to my house. I’m secretly hoping that it takes SEVERAL years for someone to buy that lot because it makes for some BEAUTIFUL pictures and I don’t have to even get in my car!! I’m pretty sure the construction workers didn’t know what to think as they watched what we were doing!! Erin, you know I adore your family and I’m especially grateful I was able to capture some of her first photos!!! I hope you love them!!
